Last December 5, 2012, my classmates and I went to the united nation and walked to the national art of the gallery in Manila. We entered in there and this a beautiful and huge. I saw the big picture of "The spolarium" and painted by Juan Luna. I really admired it because it was extremely beautiful. The painting was submitted by Juan Luna in Exposición Nacional de Bellas Artes in Madrid on 1884. It garnered the first gold medal (out of three). I was too proud because Juan Luna was a successful painting and be Filipino.
